Providing adhesive and sealant application quality control, the system guarantees the exact position, volume, and consistency of the adhesive or sealant coat applied – eliminating air pockets.
The robot-guided, in-process application works with a variety of adhesives and surfaces and can be stationary or mounted on a robot. BeadMaster inspects all types of adhesives in any color and on all substrates with a single sensor. The 360° field around the application nozzle enables inspection of complex components. Results are provided online as live images or higher-level error statistics.
