EV-olution Charging Systems Inc.
Rapid EV charging technology provider Kempower signed a partnership with Canada-based charging solutions supplier EV-olution Charging Systems Inc. to deliver fast charging solutions to the province of Ontario in Canada, North America. The partnership agreement follows Kempower’s entry into the North American market.
North America urgently needs to expand its network of fast-charging EV stations to help reduce emissions from the transportation sector in the fight against climate change. Currently, only 5.4% of newly registered motor vehicles on Canadian roads are electric, while the transportation sector makes up 24% of total greenhouse gas emissions in Canada.
Kempower and EV-olution will serve Ontario’s growing demand for fast charging capabilities for sectors including electric passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and mobile work machines. EV-olution, based in the Canadian province of Ontario, will act as Kempower’s Sales and Service partner, supporting the company with sales, charger installation, and servicing across Ontario.
The partnership is the latest milestone for Kempower as it strengthens its position in North America. After launching its Kempower Power Unit and Kempower Satellite Level 3 fast charging solutions to the US and Canadian markets in the first quarter of 2022, the company is set to expand its product offering with the Kempower Movable Charger.
