Dees Hydraulic Industrial Co. Ltd.’s HD-2000 tandem press for automotive applications can be equipped with automation and other features for high productivity. The model show features a Yaskawa robotic arm for metal placement.
Standard accessories include finite element analysis (FEA)-optimized frame designs; maintenance-free, adjustable, 8-point, oil-less guiding plates; overload protection valves; and an efficiently designed hydraulic circuit block with fewer pipes and connections.
Options include a color NC touchscreen with linear transducer; two-sided safety light curtain; hydraulic slide ejector; quick-die-change (QDC) system; automatic loading, unloading; and a standalone oil heat exchanger.
