Two portable workstation carts allow manufacturers to resume production while protecting employees from the coronavirus.
Sanitizing station – The simple mobile station displays postings about proper health practices and company procedures, and can hold supplies such as gloves, wipes, cleaning/sanitizing solutions, towels, hand sanitizers, and masks. The structure features a small table with a shelf close to the base that can hold additional bulk supplies and a garbage can.
Temperature station – A checkpoint for worker entry into facilities, the portable unit features a clear panel to keep the screener and incoming individual separate. A small table can hold a thermometer, cleaning supplies, and recording documents.
Both stations are 48" x 16" x 72" and built using 28mm plastic-coated steel pipe and metal joints. Four 4" swivel casters provide easy, stable, safe movement. Two of the casters feature brakes that engage to lock the station in place.
Units are available as kits, assembled structures, or as components. Structure design is modular and can be easily changed based on the level of protection needed – side panels and/or roof can be added – and where and how long the station will be used. Lights or signage can also be added.
Higher capacity and custom sizes and configurations are possible using 28mm, 32mm, and 42mm plastic coated steel pipes and metal joints.
