The reinforced model of the XFT 2500speed press, equipped with stronger knuckle joints, increases the press force at the tip to 3,000kN (time-limited), opening new possibilities in fine-blanking production. With added reinforcement, this model is also suitable for parts made of high-tensile materials with thicknesses up to 8mm at more than 100 strokes per minute, resulting in a lower load on the press during operation with conventional tools and greater flexibility due to the occasional use of tools with higher power requirements.
The XFT 2500speed is designed for high productivity and quality when fine-blanking parts, delivering increased stiffness, a quick-change system for tools, patented control technology, and energy management. In addition, the XFT 2500speed is equipped with FEINmonitoring – analysis and maintenance tools aligned with Industry 4.0.
