Horizontal hobbing machine

The HLC 150 H horizontal hobbing machine integrates a chamfering unit, creating a gear-cutting solution that produces a range of transmission and anchor shafts, pinions, and planetary gears with a length up to 500mm (20"). The machine uses a device that chamfers and deburrs components during loading and unloading without interrupting the operation, shortening cycle times by performing secondary functions during hobbing.

The HLC 150 H’s drive technology includes full data capture during high-performance machining, supporting Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Industry 4.0 data management systems.
